Pam ColePam Cole, a research scientist at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, has spent the past 15 years supporting the adoption of and compliance with national model energy codes as part of DOE’s Building Energy Codes Program. Ms. Cole manages the Program’s help desk, answering compliance questions from throughout the entire United States, and is a lead trainer on the model energy codes and DOE’s compliance software tools. She also leads Building America’s efforts to resolve codes and standards barriers to innovations.
