The first day will focus on the essential code provisions that pertain to the residential construction and reference the 2018 International Residential Code® (IRC®), 2018 International Plumbing Code® (IPC®), the 2018 International Mechanical Code® (IMC®), 2018 International Fuel Gas Code® (IFGC®) as well as electrical provisions that are associated with each of these areas. Day two and three will focus on the process for inspecting residential buildings referencing the 2018 International Residential Code® (IRC®). Day four will focus on the process for performing an inspection of the plumbing system and reference the 2018 International Plumbing Code® (IPC®) and the residential plumbing provisions of the 2018 International Residential Code® (IRC®). Day five will focus on the process for performing an inspection of the mechanical system referring to the residential provisions of the 2018 International Mechanical Code® (IMC®) and the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code® (IECC®).
