2018 Residential Building Inspector B1 - Certification Test Academy (Online Live)

The residential building inspector test academy is designed to assist you with taking the B1 Certification Exam. The test academy will cover in detail the topics of the exam. Throughout the academy you will be given an opportunity to answer questions that reference the exam resources. The topics that will be covered: code administration; building planning; footings and foundation; floor construction; wall construction and coverings; roof/ceiling construction and public safety and special construction of the residential building inspector certification exam.

The exam is open book and candidates may use references during the exam. It is mandatory that each participant have the references noted as Required for the training.

This 3 day event will be held as follows on Monday, Wednesday, Friday:

• Monday - Required login to online classroom meeting
• Tuesday - No online classroom - Self-study/Homework completion day
• Wednesday -Required login to online classroom meeting
• Thursday - No online classroom - Self-study/Homework completion day
• Friday - Required login to online classroom meeting and Vouchers for the exams will be issued and are valid for 1 year.
