This 90- minute seminar provides code officials and other interested parties with the fundamental knowledge of the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), Participants will select appropriate code sections to address violations found in specific scenarios.
Identify code sections that regulate minimum light, ventilation and occupancy limitations.
Locate code sections that regulate minimum sanitation requirements.
Identify code sections that regulate minimum structural requirements.
Locate code sections that regulate minimum fire safety requirements.
Analyze given scenarios for violations of the minimum maintenance requirements for light, ventilation, occupancy limitations, sanitation, structural and fire safety.
Select applicable code sections that address each scenario violations.
