The Training Voucher program allows department administrators to purchase multiple vouchers codes which can then be distributed to employees so that they can enroll themselves in the courses they desire. This ensures that the entity which is funding the training does not enroll themselves in the course instead of the employee.
Single Day Training Voucher - This is a voucher for single day, live training course with the ICC Learning Center. This would not be used for a course with multiple days such as an Institute or Test Academy. This voucher would be used for a course that is a live, 6 hours long training event with a live instructor.
Web Session Training Voucher - The voucher is good for one 1 ½ to 2-hour live web session with the ICC Learning Center. A web session has a live instructor and is scheduled for a specific date and time.
Online Study Guide Training Voucher - This voucher is good for one self-paced, online study guide through the Learning Center.
