This course provides an introduction to off-site construction standards and guidelines developed by the International Code Council and the Modular Building Institute. It is a companion to the existing courses on “Introduction to Offsite Construction” and “2021 Offsite Construction - ICC/MBI Standards 1200 and 1205”. This course will cover ICC/MBI Standard 1210-2023 on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Systems, Energy Efficiency and Water Conservation in Off-site Construction and ICC Guideline 6 on Advanced Panelization for Buildings. This course can be used as a CEU for the Off-Site Construction Credential of Learning Achievement.
