  • Review the importance of dependable hot water and the key code requirements for water heaters, including common installation challenges and the major provisions of Chapter 5 of the International Plumbing Code®.
  • Review the unique qualities of lithium-ion batteries, the common types and hazards of lithium-ion fires, recent fire incidents, and key strategies for fire prevention.
  • Review the major provisions of the Alabama Plumbers and Gas Fitters Examining Board Law and Administrative Rules, along with common challenges related to their implementation and interpretation.
