AC455 establishes guidelines for evaluation of cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels to be recognized for use as components in roofs in Type I and II Construction, and in wall, roofs and floors in Type III (interior floors only), IV or V construction. The evaluation is applicable to CTL panels used as load-bearing and non-load-bearing structural components in walls, floors, and roofs.
