AC114 establishes guidelines for evaluation of rigid, polyethylene, below-grade, exterior material. This criteria is applicable to below-grade, exterior-wall sheet membranes which perform as a wall waterproofing and dampproofing material. The sheet membranes are installed against concrete, concrete block (paged as required), insulated concrete forms or treated wood foundations. The membranes keep ground moisture (rainwater) from coming into direct contact with the foundation wall.
