This class provides code officials and other interested parties with the fundamental knowledge necessary to administer and enforce applicable code requirements of the 2021 International Property Maintenance Code® (IPMC®). This information will increase the participant’s ability to locate, describe and apply the appropriate code sections of the IPMC in order to determine compliance or noncompliance while performing a residential or commercial inspection.
