2024 Management Module - MM Study Guide (Online Self-Paced)

This self-paced, online study guide provides information on ICC certification exams and how to prepare for them, along with practice items in the likeness of what`s on the 2024 MM Certification Exam, which pertain to the relevant job tasks of a Certified Building Official or Certified Fire Marshal. And, as a bonus, this course provides a checklist of exam-prep tasks (optional) for participants to complete before sitting for the exam and sets of flash cards (also optional) to quiz them on the materials referenced on the exam.

Participants are first presented with the Course Overview, which they must complete before going through ICC Certification and Study Skills (required) and the exam-prep items in the following two modules:

• Practice Questions: 50 multiple-choice items in the likeness of what’s on the certification exam. Feedback and references are provided after each item is attempted. Participants must attempt all items to receive credit (untimed).


• Timed Exam: 35 randomized multiple-choice items from a bank of 100 items, also in the likeness of what`s on the certification exam. Feedback and references are provided when answers are submitted for scoring. For each attempt, participants are given a different combination of items. And participants must pass at least one of their attempts with a 75% or higher to receive credit and to complete this course (timed: 1 hour).

• Exam Prep Checklist: 24 tasks for participants to check off while visiting the following ICC webpages: ICC Training, Exam Study Tips, ICC Exam Catalog, ICC Credentialing, PRONTO, and myICC.


• Flash Cards: to test participants` ability to quickly recall the location of sections within the reference materials.
