2021 IRC Introduction to Residential Building Inspections (Contract Live In-Person)

This seminar provides building inspectors with fundamental knowledge necessary to administer and enforce applicable code requirements from the 2021 IRC, which apply to foundation and final residential building inspection. Specifically, the seminar provides participants with checklists that enable those performing foundation and final residential building inspections to determine whether the materials, design, construction, installation and location of building components comply with the code. Participants will be able to successfully perform a one- and two-family dwelling building inspection based on the 2021 International Residential Code (IRC).
