This training reviews and discusses the codes of ethical conduct promulgated by various professional societies including NSPE and ASCE. This training also reviews and discusses select provisions within FAC 61G15 that pertain to plans, responsible charge and plan submittals, and to review the minimum plan submittal information. This training concludes with a review of four case studies, each taken from the FBPE’s disciplinary cases. The redacted facts are presented to the class, and the instructor leads a discussion on how best to avoid unethical situations and/or conduct.
